My name is Middie, I was born and raised in Japan. I have been living in Germany for 30 years, am a certified Japanese teacher and offer Japanese tutorials as private lessons.
"Oh, how simple is it! No one has ever explained it to me like that before." – Such aha moments are not uncommon in my tutorials. We discuss grammar issues that seem to be very complicated (but they aren't, actually). I'm quite sure that they will be well sorted after my tutorials.

Identify Japanese verb group quick and effortlessly

When you want to use a verb, it is very important to identify its verb group (G1, G2 or G3) correctly. But this is not really easy task for many students. I will show you tricks that can be applied to identify most verbs to the correct group. We will practise these tricks using example verbs.

Don't get stuck on the ます-form for months - learn all conjugation forms to maximise your communication skills in Japanese.
I'll show you six conjugation forms and what they are used for. Once mastered them, you've got the most important expressions for day-to-day communications: clarifying topics, denying something, making suggestions, requesting something or telling about your actions in the near future. If you went with one of the commonly used Japanese textbooks, you would have to finish around 30 lessons for all conjugation forms. We'll do it in just six sessions.

Many learners struggle to understand the difference between は and が. Even advanced learners are not always sure when to use them. Actually, the topic is quite simple. After this tutorial, you will be able to decide clearly when you will use は.
